As the day softens into evening, you’re invited to slow down, settle in, and return to yourself. Join us for a 45-minute guided meditation and immersive sound bath designed to calm the mind, ground the body, and create space for stillness with Meesh in Motion.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a small serving of Kalā’s golden milk—a warm, nourishing blend rooted in tradition and made with simple, intentional ingredients.
