Furikake

$8.00Price

Furikake is a dry Japanese seasoning made from a mix of ingredients like dried fish, sesame seeds, seaweed (nori), salt, and sugar, designed to be sprinkled over food, especially rice, to add flavor and texture. Its name comes from the Japanese verb "furi kakeru," meaning "to sprinkle over." Originally developed as a nutritional supplement, Furikake enhances meals with a balanced blend of nutrients and taste.

At Kalā, we offer this blend without any sugar or salt.
